Aunt Mischa gave Adaline this incredible "Cinderella" Castle. For FHE we decided that we were going to put it together and talk about how we are Princess and Princes to a King.
If it looks complicated to you...believe, Cory, it is! We were very lucky in that the fact that who ever had given Mischa kept the sides of the whole building together in groups. So we did not have to put each of the puzzle pieces together, or we would never have finished it.
Luckily Cory has a very mechanical mind and with now instructions and just using the picture on the box, he was able to get the castle completely together in just over an hour.
Adaline got bored of the puzzle work and got a family picture book that she loves to look at and that kept her entertain for the a little while. You can see she stole little sister binky and was going to town with it.

Cory and his little princesses. We talked about how we are children to a king and that some day we are going to get the opportunity to return and live with Him in the Celestial Kingdom. It was really nice to be able to bring things down to Adaline's level and help reinforce the wonderful truths of the gospel. The castle turned out amazing and it is going to look so good in the girl's room once we get it painted and decorated. Those pictures will be soon to come!!!
