Adaline is due 72 hours from right now! Can you believe that we have made it almost 40 complete weeks pregnant! Adaline is still doing really well. Dr. Haskett says that her heart is strong and she is growing really well. We are looking forward to her arrival and are wondering what day she will make her appearance.
Cory and I were hoping for more news when we went to the doctor yesterday but I am about 80 percent effaced and only 1 cm dilated. We still have hope that she is getting ready to come on her own, we really don't want to have to be induced to get her here. We have been praying every night and evening that Heavenly Father would bless us with a great natural birth. We really believe that He will help her to come into this world when the time is right and that all will be well and go great.
Mom will be coming in just a few days and we are going to be busy with projects and getting last minute things in order. We had our run through with the birth instructor for the first stage of labor to be done at home. We found places that would help me relax and work through contractions with Cory's help.
If we make it to next week with no baby yet, I will post 41 weeks pregnant and still counting :) or I will have Cory post, with a picture, our new baby girl!
