On the drive home to Utah from Arizona the Saturday following Thanksgiving, we stopped for the night in St. George. We visited Cory's Grandpa and Grandma Ross and spent a little time with them so they could see Adaline. We stayed the night at the Days Inn and get some rest to finish the journey the next day. Before we left St. George we stopped at the Brigham Young home. Here is a picture of the house. It is really beautiful and you can get a tour for missionaries who are assigned to serve here.
Adaline and daddy before we went in to see the inside
Now with mommy
Inside the living room behind Adaline you can see a portrait of Brigham Young
After the tour we headed over the old St. George Tabernacle and got pictures outside
Cory and Adaline
Ruth and Adaline
Of course, no matter where we go Cory runs into someone he knows and he happened to run into an old companion while at the St. George Temple.
Then we took some pictures with Adaline at the temple
Here is one I am going to make sure that it goes into Adaline's book
The temple is always a wonderful place to be. The feelings at the temple are so peaceful and it is the type of place that makes you want to never leave. I am so grateful that Cory and I are sealed forever and that Adaline and all of our children will be ours for eternity.
